Prescriptions can be requested via Patient Access, through our website, or by leaving paper requests in the postbox by the front door.

We have changed a lot of how we operate at Chartfield.

Consultations are now initially over the phone, if you are deemed to need in-person evaluation/treatment, your clinician will invite you to come in.

Members of certain groups may be eligible to book themselves in for a COVID-19 vaccine without being contacted by the surgery. These groups currently include those who are over 65, health and social care workers, and those who have received a notification by post that they are at risk. Please be aware that COVID-19 related phone and email scams targeting vulnerable people are becoming more widespread. The NHS will never ask for your bank details, debit or credit card information, or for any passwords. The COVID-19 vaccine will always be free of charge. If you receive a suspicious text message or email, please inform the surgery, and do not click on any suspect links.
